Turkey or Elephant?

Today my mom was getting the turkey ready

Skylie steps on a chair to look at what she was doing..

she says, "is that an elephant"?...

No sweety its a TURKEY!! lol

Sky is on this kick about "buttocks"...

She says things..then adds out my "buttocks"...

Example: "mom, I just farted out my buttocks"

(she is just like her dad) lol...

But...

You cant help but laugh for a second...

So then I try to tell her no...you dont say that...

It is better than the other word though... ")

When Skylie wakes up the first thing she wants is "candy"!

I say not till you eat breakfast...

"No, candy is my brestfast"(is how she says it)

It is "I want candy" all day long...lol...

Well tonight she says to me...

I want some candy...

I told her after dinner...

So she says...

I will give you 5 dollars...

LOL

I said where you going to get 5 dollars..

She says my dad has it..

So today Sky says the same thing to me...

she says ill go get 5 bucks..

I said ok...

This is what she brought me...

to her thats 5 bucks and a penny...

We had gotten some "generic" cola...

It's called Dr. Bold..

Well Trey says to me, "Why are we drinking Dr. Bald?"

Thats like an old man with just hair around here...make a jester like a "skullet"

hair just around the middle of your head and bald on top...

We were laughing so hard!!!

We went to Roberts today...

just picking out some paper and Sky looks over and says..

Mom, see that girl mom right there (as she is pointing)

she has panties on like a big girl, just like me huh...

only because the little girls britches were hanging off of her...

I think every parent dreads

the day your child asks you "why" for everything...

lol...

Well i have found the solution...

it worked with Skylie...

She would ask Why for everything..

I would answer her, "because"..

then came the "because why"...

well i said to her well "why not"...

that stumped her...

So for everyone who has a little one

who asks why over and over...

try saying "why not"...

lol
